Silesia is Polish since the end of II WW. But the German “soul” can still be felt here.

Gliwice – my home town – is a part of Upper Silesia. This region belonged to German lands for 5 centuries (XV – XX). And though Poland has been ruling here for the last 70 years, the touches of different architecture’s style are still visible.

Enjoy the mosaic of red-bricked buildings from a few Silesian cities.
