At the foot of the castle lays the church of St. Bartholomew.
It was founded by king Łokietek but completed by his son – king Kazimierz the Great.
I only had a chance to walk around it and find these old stony stairs that I couldn’t prevent myself from photographing 😉
Further below the centre of Chęciny village is situated. The heart of it is gathered around newly restored square market with and old well.
I made a circle and had to go back to the car.
