Yes, this is the number of glasses that we tasted in Callinico vineyard.

Of course they were not full, just a few drops on the bottom, I would say. Nevetheless we went through the whole variety of Zakynthos wines.

We started with the white ones, fruity and delicate. The came the rose or pink – two bottles.

Finally we arrived to the red wines, heavier and with different additionals (coffee, rum).

It was our guide who told us the stories about each colour, smell and sort. He tought us also how to taste the wine properly to inhale its full aroma.

And he wasn’t from Jamaica as you might probably think looking at the main photo. He was a Pole, just an easy-going one 😉
