Is it an ancient place of worship? Or a gathering point for fairies and wizards?

Cameo island lays no more then 0,5 kilometer away from Zakynthos. It’s really tiny and very rocky. It bares two sides. One has a narrow wooden bridge connecting Cameo with Zakynthos. Long lines of people are crossing it to and fro.

Yet much more spectacular is the other side. From one peak to the other a rope is stretched and white sheets attached to it. They play with the wind picturesquely. You can see it on my video.

What is the mystery behind these veils? Unfortunatelly a very down-to-earth one. The island had no special features, so how to make it a turistic spot? Let’s hang the white sheets on the rope …
