It’s a huge palace – the biggest one in Europe before Versailles in France was constructed.

Krzyżtopór was built in XVII century by Ossolińcy family in Italian style “palazzo in fortezza” (palace and castle in one). Unfortunatelly till now it was preserved only as ruins. Roofs and windows are gone.

When I walked along it with my sister in June this year, many rooms and halls were overlooking only the sky (“niebo” in Polish).
