In several areas of Poland (especially in the east) the barns are still wooden.
They are often quite old (100 years is nothing unusual) but some of them well preserved and still in use.
They are also very picturesque in terms of taking photos, especially with green grass or colourful flowers as contrast.
This little “treasure” I found in Muszyna (south of Poland).
